Find a home · what's coming

Homes are on the way.

QWHIP homes are built alongside market-rate homes, with the same general quality and design, then permanently deed-restricted so they stay available to local working households. Here is what is in the ground and in planning right now.

Pricing · how homes are set

What these homes cost.

Prices are not set by the market. They are set against Area Median Income and published annually using HUD data, then locked in by a deed restriction that caps rent or resale price.

Rental units

80% AMI

Rents are priced to be affordable to a household earning 80 percent of Area Median Income. Maximum rents are published each year.

Ownership units

120% AMI

Sale prices are set to be affordable to a household earning 120 percent of AMI, with appreciation capped so the home stays attainable for the next buyer.
