Lottery · how homes are awarded

The lottery rewards local public service.

When demand exceeds supply, QWHIP homes are awarded by lottery. More entries mean better odds, and the program gives the most entries to local public service.

Tiers · how entries are earned

Three tiers, three to one.

    Tier 2

Employed in the City of Driggs

A household member works for a qualified employer located inside Driggs city limits.

    Tier 1

    Meets base qualification

A household member is employed by a qualified local employer in Teton Valley, Idaho or Alta, Wyoming.

Tiers are not cumulative. Your household is placed in the highest tier it qualifies for, and receives that number of lottery entries.
